National League

The National League Series offers an additional competition experience for more advanced gymnasts, providing a stage to perform new moves and routines.

The series is comprised of 3 qualifying rounds where the performers earn points towards a place at the National League Final.  The Final is by invitation only for a set number of gymnasts achieving the highest number of points over the 3 qualifying rounds.

Points are awarded based on the gymnasts’ position after they have completed their first 2 routines. With 100 points being awarded to 1st place, 75 to 2nd place, 60 to 3rd place down to 1 point for 24th place.

The top 8 gymnasts after 2 routines are then invited to compete in the ‘zero’ final; they each perform 1 more routine to determine the medal places.
